Tell Sacrameno: Pay Up Big Oil, Pass AB 656

Assembly Majority Leader Alberto Torrico, supported by faculty and students across the state, introduced AB 656 earlier this year to re-commit California to invest in higher education. The bill would raise $1 billion for our community colleges and public universities. It was approved by the Assembly Higher Education Committee in July.
